Recipes and how to prepare: sweet and sour shrimp



Ingredient

  • Cut shrimp head = 500 g
  • Shallots = 5 cloves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Onion 1 clove chopped = 1 piece
  • Red Chili = 5 pieces
  • Sauce (if desired) = 2 tablespoon
  • 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2  Tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon fine salt
  • Flavor 1 Teaspoon
  • Acidic water 1 Teaspoon



Steps

Puree onion, garlic, tomatoes and red peppers. heat oil, or butter, enter the shrimp and stir until reddish. add onion, stir briefly and then enter the spice paste.
add tamarind water, salt, sugar, flavourings, and sauces, stirring smooth.
