Ear Mushrooms Meatballs
Material
500 gr mushroom
1 Egg whites
1 Ounce of corn strach
Salt to taste
Pepper, to taste
Barbeque Oil, to taste
Ingredients Sauce
4 Shallots
3 Cloves garlic
2 Leeks
Salt to taste pepper, to taste
Additional material
Fried Onions
Mi Yellow
Celery leaves
Soy Sauce
How to make meatball :
Puree / blender mushroom and squeeze the juice (exhaust). add the egg whites and stir well
put corn strach, salt, pepper and ooil barbeque,stir well.
after all the dough together, creat asmall round object like making meatball in general.set side
How to make the sauce:
cook water in a saucepan
Puree onion, garlic, and leeks.Put the cooking water. add salt and pepper to taste. let it boil.
Put meatballs mushrooms that have been formed. bring to a boil. serve hot together with additional material.
